Idan aka kwatanta da ƙarni na baya na fasahar WiFi, manyan fasalulluka na sabuwar ƙarni na WiFi 6 sune:
Idan aka kwatanta da ƙarni na baya na 802.11ac WiFi 5, matsakaicin saurin watsawa na WiFi 6 an ƙara shi daga 3.5Gbps na na farko zuwa 9.6Gbps, kuma saurin ka'idar ya ƙaru da kusan sau 3.
Dangane da mitar tashoshi, WiFi 5 ya ƙunshi 5GHz kawai, yayin da WiFi 6 ya ƙunshi 2.4/5GHz, wanda ya rufe na'urori masu ƙarancin gudu da sauri gaba ɗaya.
