10G XFP CWDM Optical Transceiver မော်ဂျူး
ဟွာနက် HUAXCxx1XL-CDH1၎င်းသည် Transceiver သည် wavelength တည်ငြိမ်မှု အလွန်ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ကုန်ကျစရိတ်သက်သာသော module တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။ ၎င်းကို 10G CWDM SDH၊ 10GBASE-ZR/ZW နှင့် 10G Fiber-Channel application များအတွက် ဒီဇိုင်းထုတ်ထားသည်။ transceiver တွင် အပိုင်းနှစ်ပိုင်းပါဝင်သည်- transmitter အပိုင်းတွင် အအေးခံထားသော EML laser ပါဝင်သည်။ receiver အပိုင်းတွင် TIA နှင့် ပေါင်းစပ်ထားသော APD photodiode ပါဝင်သည်။ module အားလုံးသည် class I laser ဘေးကင်းရေးလိုအပ်ချက်များနှင့် ကိုက်ညီသည်။ CWDM XFP transceiver သည် transceiver အပူချိန်၊ laser bias current၊ ထုတ်လွှင့်သော optical power၊ လက်ခံရရှိသော optical power နှင့် transceiver supply voltage ကဲ့သို့သော device operating parameters များကို real-time access လုပ်ခွင့်ပြုသည့် မြှင့်တင်ထားသော monitoring interface ကို ပေးဆောင်သည်။
